Donation help
Need to change a recurring donation, switch which program your gift supports, or cancel a subscription? We're happy to help — usually within a couple of business days.
All recurring donations are processed through PayPal, and the fastest way to make changes yourself is through your PayPal account: log in, go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, find The Jonah B. Foundation, and you can pause, modify, or cancel directly there.
If you'd rather we handle it for you — or if something doesn't look right on your statement — email us. Tell us the email address tied to your PayPal account so we can match it to the donation, and we'll take care of the rest.
Cancel a recurring donation
Cancel any time, no questions asked. We'll confirm in writing once it's done.
Change donation amount or category
Want to redirect your gift toward a specific program — golf outing, school PSAs, billboards — or change the amount? We'll set up the new schedule.
Tax receipts and corrections
Need a receipt resent, or noticed an issue with one we sent? We'll fix it.
